About The Position
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director to lead and grow our Financial Crimes Prevention and Program Delivery practice. This individual will be responsible for managing complex enterprise-wide implementations in the areas of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), KYC/CDD, Sanctions, and broader risk and compliance solutions for banking and financial services clients.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter and strategic leader with a growth mindset, strong client-facing experience, and a proven track record of managing large teams, multiple concurrent projects, and P&L ownership. This is a key leadership position in our services organization, requiring deep domain expertise, operational excellence, and a client-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of large-scale financial crimes prevention programs, including AML, KYC, Sanctions, and Fraud solutions, across multiple clients.
- Own and manage P&L for the assigned portfolio of programs, driving revenue growth and margin optimization.
- Act as the senior escalation point and relationship leader for key banking and financial services clients.
- Provide leadership to cross-functional global teams spanning program management, technology delivery, business analysis, and compliance operations.
- Define and implement governance structures, delivery frameworks, and quality controls to ensure successful execution of complex, high-impact programs.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and coordinate across multiple lines of business (LOBs), compliance teams, and vendor partners.
- Lead strategic initiatives such as platform modernization, migration to SaaS/cloud-based solutions, and regulatory transformation programs.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team of program managers, SMEs, and consultants.
- Collaborate with sales and account teams to support client pursuits and solution positioning.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments to proactively align services and offerings.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in financial crimes prevention, AML/KYC compliance, or technology consulting for financial services.
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level transformation programs in risk and compliance domains.
- Demonstrated success in leading multiple concurrent programs and large teams (onshore/offshore).
- Strong experience in client relationship management and executive stakeholder communication.
- Experience managing P&L and contributing to business growth targets in a services or consulting environment.
- Excellent understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., BSA/AML, OFAC, FATF) and industry platforms (Actimize, Quantexa, Quantifind, Fircosoft, Oracle FCCM, etc.).
- Hands-on exposure to cloud transformation, data strategy, and compliance automation is a strong plus.
- Prior experience working within a servicing and consulting firm preferred.
