Senior Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) Developer – AML / Financial Crime
Position Overview
Matrix IFS is seeking a senior Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) Developer to design, manage, and support enterprise-grade AML dashboards and reporting solutions within a regulated banking environment.
Core Technical Requirements
- Advanced expertise in Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) including:
- Semantic data model (RPD) design and optimization
- Subject area development and governance
- Security configuration (row-level & object-level)
- Performance tuning and query optimization
- Strong SQL proficiency and data warehousing knowledge
- Experience supporting production BI environments (incident resolution, release management, environment migrations)
- Ability to manage end-to-end lifecycle: data model → dashboard → performance → production support
Domain Expertise
- Demonstrated experience in AML / Financial Crime Compliance within financial services
- Functional understanding of:
- Transaction Monitoring (TM)
- KYC / Customer Risk Rating
- Sanctions Screening
- Alert lifecycle and SAR/STR reporting
- Familiarity with AML KPIs, regulatory reporting expectations, and banking data structures
