Program Manager –Treasury
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a strategic, large-scale data onboarding and integration initiative for Treasury operations. This high-impact program focuses on establishing Treasury as a data-centric organization through migration of critical US and Canadian data to the Indigo platform, enabling enhanced analytics, controls, and operational capabilities across deposits, mortgages, and commitments portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end program leadership for Treasury data onboarding from strategic sources to Indigo platform, from planning through stabilization
- Develop and manage integrated program plans, key milestones, and cross-workstream dependencies spanning data acquisition, transformation, and business enablement
- Lead execution of data migration activities, reconciliation frameworks, and user capability buildouts across CA Deposits, CA Mortgages, and CA Mortgage/HELOC Commitments
- Proactively manage risks, issues, assumptions, and inter-team/vendor dependencies related to data quality, source system integration, and downstream impacts
- Coordinate closely with Treasury business units, Data & Analytics teams, IT, and external data providers to ensure alignment and delivery
- Drive program governance, status reporting, and executive-level updates in accordance with enterprise delivery standards and Treasury requirements
- Ensure compliance with data governance frameworks, Canadian banking regulations, and audit/control requirements
- Establish and oversee the Adjustments Framework and Canadian GL Reconciliation Dashboard implementation
Required Experience & Skills
- 10+ years of program/project management experience in financial services, including 5+ years in Treasury, Finance, or Data Management
- Proven success leading large-scale data migration and platform integration programs (Indigo platform or similar data warehousing experience strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of Canadian banking operations, including deposits, mortgages, commitments data, and general ledger reconciliation
- Experience with legacy system-to-modern data platform migrations and establishing data governance frameworks
- In-depth knowledge of data onboarding methodologies, ETL processes, data quality controls, and downstream reporting integrations
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills across Treasury, Finance, IT, and Data teams
- PMP or equivalent certification is an asset
