About The Position
Job Title: Senior Solutions Consultant
Overview
As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will play a key role in driving the adoption of a leading RiskOps platform for major Financial Institutions. You will partner closely with the sales organization to understand the business, functional, and technical needs of clients, prospects, and partners, and demonstrate how these can be met through the platform’s capabilities.
You will support qualification efforts, own the technical dimension of the sales cycle, and act as a trusted advisor—leveraging strong communication skills, solution design expertise, and compelling storytelling. You will also serve as a bridge to product and engineering teams, sharing market insights that help inform the product roadmap. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to lead multiple RFP processes simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Deliver product demonstrations and lead technical sales discussions, both remotely and onsite across Europe.
- Support the sales team with tailored, value-driven presentations focused on financial crime use cases.
- Analyze client needs and develop solution designs that address business and technical requirements.
- Manage end-to-end formal tender processes (RFPs, RFIs), including orchestration, completion, review, and submission.
- Build formal proposals and manage them throughout the sales process to ensure clear translation of client needs into technical requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams—Product, Delivery, Sales—to ensure the right expertise is aligned to client engagements and share market feedback internally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Consultant in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong background in Financial Services, specifically in Financial Crime or related risk domains.
- Proven success in pre-sales or solution consulting roles supporting enterprise software sales.
- Experience working with SaaS enterprise solutions in a growth-stage environment.
- Strong ability to assess client needs and position solutions through a consultative approach.
- Excellent communication skills with strong presentation, storytelling, and executive engagement abilities.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and able to deliver high-quality work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving mindset, strong work ethic, and a proactive approach to learning and improvement.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%; role is primarily remote with travel as required.
