- In connection with the Global Financial Crimes program - Develop mathematical or statistical theory to interpret customer KYC data and historical transaction data to group customers and non-customers into segments in order to monitor their activity in the correct thresholds
- Identify relationships and trends of historical transactional data for clustering for AML transaction monitoring.
- Analyze the clusters/relationships and present the information to Senior Managers in the data visualization tools.
- Create statistical representative samples for ATL/BTL testing in order to validate that the transaction monitoring model is effective and functioning accordingly.
- Process large amount of data for statistical modeling and graphic analysis.
- Develop and test experimental designs, sampling techniques, and analytical methods in order to monitor new typologies and emerging risks.
- Understanding of AML Compliance platforms (Actimize & MANTAS) and their models
- Elicit, analyze, generate Business requirements documents (including Agile user stories, proof of concept models, and supporting documentation)
- Analyze data sets to determine data gaps and work with cross functional teams to bridge the gap
- Good customer service skills. Ability to deal with difficult situations gracefully.

- Lead and /or perform BSA/AML/OFAC compliance testing, identify issues and make recommendations and report results.
- Identify potential BSA/AML/OFAC compliance risks and recommend resolutions and/or escalate to appropriate individuals to determine if further investigation is necessary.
- Develop test scripts corresponding to scope of the testing engagement and business expectations.
- Assess the design and effectiveness of controls implemented to mitigate the applicable BSA/AML/Sanctions and other compliance risks.
- Collaborate with business lines to develop remediation plans to resolve control weaknesses identified through testing.
- Track and validate the implementation of remedial actions submitted by the remedial actions owners to verify that issues were remediated. Follow up as necessary.
- Prepare review reports for Management that highlights the scope, testing approach, and the results of the review.
- Monitor regulatory activities and industry developments to identify trends and emerging issues that may impact the bank and may require changes to the compliance testing program.
Deep knowledge and experience of BSA/AML and OFAC rules and regulations.
- 5 to 6 Years of experience in developing/supporting Actimize AML modules (SAM, CTR, CDD, and WLF)
- Experience with Actmize AML modules (SAM, CTR, CDD, and WLF).
- Experience in SQL Server/Oracle
- Good Knowledge of scripting language (Powershell and batch file).
- Experience with Control-M scheduling tools.
- Knowledge of incident and problem management life cycle.
- Performing health checks and monitoring the production system to ensure SLAs are met.
- Troubleshoot and solve production issues related to performance & reliability throughout the software stack.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks in the system and work to resolve these issues before they become a problem.

- 3+ years of appropriate technical experience
- 3+ years of RCM/ACTONE Case Manager development experience. Implementations comprising of

- 3+ years of Experience and hands-on knowledge on RCM features – DART, Alert/Case Type, Workflow, Alert/Case views etc.
- 3+ years of Experience of developing RCM custom plugins in Actimize environment
- 2+ years of working experience of Java/Scala
- 1+ years of DevOps CI/CD experience on test and release automation
- Strong proficiency with Core Java with strong understanding of J2EE
- Strong Database experience preferably with DB2, SQL Server
- Complete SDLC process and Agile Methodology (Scrum)

- The ideal candidate should be a self-driven, dedicated individual with strong design and coding skills, who will work with Risk and Compliance to building surveillance models. This role requires comprehensive knowledge in software design, back end and front-end development, and DevOps automation. This individual will work with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, DevOps and other teams in understanding surveillance model requirements, designing, implementing, and testing surveillance models in fast paced agile manner. In addition, this individual should have strong interpersonal skills and feel comfortable working on a dynamic team.
